Welcome to PARANOID GARMENT ("PARANOID," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from paranoidgarment.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. PARANOID operates on a limited-drop model, and quantities are intentionally restricted. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product purchased per customer, per household, or per order. Product colors may vary slightly from images displayed on screen due to monitor settings and photography lighting.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. PARANOID is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items, accessories, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

To initiate a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
