How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders (US) are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days via standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Sale items and accessories are final sale. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us through our contact page with your order number.
How do PARANOID garments fit?
PARANOID pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized silhouette unless stated otherwise on the product page. We recommend going true to size for the intended fit. Detailed measurements are provided on each product page. If you're between sizes, size down for a more tailored look or stay true to size for the intended relaxed drape.
How should I care for my PARANOID pieces?
To preserve the quality and longevity of your garments: wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly on prints or embellishments. Following these steps will help maintain the integrity of embroidery, rhinestones, and specialty fabrics.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. PARANOID ships worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that window, orders enter our fulfillment pipeline and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately through our contact page if you need to make changes. We move fast — and so do our shipments.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
PARANOID operates on a limited-drop model. Most pieces are produced in small quantities and are not restocked once sold out. Follow us on social media and join our mailing list to get early access and notifications on upcoming releases.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, reach out to us via our contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
